Product Sampling Oasis for Yogis
An Australian vitamin and supplement brand called Swisse, decided to increase their presence in the United States through product sampling! This past September, Swisse offered consumers a soothing lounge, garden, and detox center at the 2018 Wanderlust 108 festival in New York.
Wanderlust 108 is a one-day event described as “the wold’s only mindful triathlon”. Each year they offer about 20,000 attendees meditation, running, yoga, and more.
Swisse’s activation offered three focal points and stations for consumers to learn about the brand’s ingredients and popular products. In the Beauty Garden, consumers posed in front of a floral wall for an Instagram moment featuring Sicilian blood orange, an ingredient in Swisse Hair Skin Nails Liquid Ultiboost.
Swisse also provided consumers with tailored product recommendations via an interactive digital platform and were able to purchase products immediately on-site.
Through this event, Swisse was able to raise brand awareness and create a personal experience for their consumers. “The interactive nature of the activation has been designed to establish a meaningful connection between consumers and our brand, emphasizing the premium quality of our products and our holistic approach to health,” says Janet Coningsby, senior manager-consumer engagement, Swisse Wellness.
